the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel provided free water each day of my stay. there were subway stations near the building which was convenient.
My room had a small issue. The bathroom door was hard to shut completely.

i found the hotel very accessible and close to wtc attractions like the oculus and one world. there are pastries and coffee available in the morning. numerous subway entrances and bus stops nearby allow easy movement to distant destinations. i appreciated this convenient access.
the air conditioner was quite loud and affected my sleep. while maintenance attempted to improve it, the noise persisted. additionally, adjusting the temperature proved difficult. i found this disruptive.

my room featured two very comfortable beds and offered a quiet environment at all times. i found it conducive for resting. the bathroom size was average for the area, it was not shared.

the staff were consistently friendly and ready to assist. check-in was smooth even when i arrived around midnight. it took less than five minutes. i found the service efficient and cute.

The location was convenient for exploring downtown. Subway access was nearby (this made getting around quite easy).
The walls seemed thin (I could hear noises from other rooms). The bathroom door was hard to close properly.
